Information you provide

When you join the Pocket List, we collect your name, email address, budget range, preferred neighborhood and buying timeline. If you contact us directly, we receive the details you choose to share, such as contact information and your real estate needs. We use this information to respond, understand your preferences, suggest relevant opportunities, send requested updates and organize follow-up. Please do not send financial account numbers, identification documents or other sensitive records through a newsletter signup or general website inquiry.

Website, cookies and email technology

The website uses Google Analytics to help us understand visits and improve the site. Analytics may process pages viewed, referring websites, browser and device information, and interactions with the site. Hosting and embedded services receive technical information, including IP addresses and browser requests, when delivering or protecting their services. The site uses Google Fonts and MailerLite signup forms.

Cookies and similar technology may be used by these services. Marketing email may include technology that reports delivery, opens or clicks. Third-party providers may process information over time and across websites using their services, under their own privacy practices. You can manage cookies and block third-party content through your browser settings, although doing so may affect signup forms and other features. The site does not currently provide its own dedicated Do Not Track response mechanism. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are different signals; this statement does not limit any privacy rights or obligations under applicable law. Service providers and disclosures

Our website and lead workflow use Hostinger for hosting, MailerLite for forms and email, Zapier for workflow connections, and Google Workspace, including Sheets and Gmail, for records and correspondence. Contact details and real estate preferences may also be entered into Compass tools for client follow-up and property matching. Google provides website analytics and fonts. Providers process information needed for those services.

We may share relevant information with real estate professionals when arranging a service or introduction you request, and may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell or rent our contact lists or upload contacts to advertising audiences. That describes our contact-list practices; third-party website technologies are described above.

Email choices and information requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in those messages or contact solo@soloscott.com to change your preferences. An unsubscribe request does not prevent correspondence needed to answer an inquiry or handle an ongoing transaction.

Use that same email address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. Describe your request and the email address used to contact us. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, including transaction records and information needed to honor an opt-out. Requests involving Compass records may require coordination with Compass.

Retention and security

We do not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to prospect records. Information may remain in our email, lead-management and service-provider systems until it is reviewed or removed. You can request deletion using the contact details above. Transaction records, backups, technical logs and unsubscribe records may be subject to different legal or provider retention requirements.

The website uses HTTPS, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please contact us if you are concerned about information you submitted.

California privacy requests

Depending on the law applicable to your information and the business handling it, you may have rights to know or access information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive nondiscriminatory treatment when exercising privacy rights. Contact us to make a request or ask which organization handles particular records. Nothing in this policy asks you to waive a statutory right.
